With a career spanning over 35 years of leadership in managed care, health care system growth and drug cost management, Jill is recognized for her ability to develop and execute strategy, team/organizational development and financial performance. Known for her interactive and compassionate leadership style, Jill is often called upon to work within organizations going through considerable change as the result of merger, acquisition, and new product development. Her leadership expertise and success at business development has helped organizations form strong team cultures driving to mission achievement while managing to a strong financial performance.

As Founder and President of JICAN Consulting, Jill takes her passion and expertise into diverse communities and organizations that are experiencing change and need to strengthen their foundation and outcomes. In addition to her professional experience and success, she has expanded efforts to work on regional Boards and Foundation Committee efforts.
Originally from New England, Jill lived in San Diego for the past 25 years, until her return “home” last year. Her daughter Johnna continues this legacy of healthcare and people centered passion within the biotech industry. Jill enjoys walking, yoga, cooking, music and home redesign.
