Her career has focused on building customer-centric business processes, balancing accelerated business growth with optimized operating models with an expertise in developing technology that creates seamless digital to in-store experiences. As Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships at athenahealth she leads the strategy, operations and partnerships for the organization. Prior to joining athenahealth, she served as Senior Vice President, Operations, Marketing and Business Development at Now Optics, LLC where Diaz spearheaded a team of 1,600+ across retail, franchise and global BPO operations. She led the organization to implement new technology-enabled sales processes, rapidly scale franchise sales and operations, restructure global BPO operations, improve margin for buying and category management, reduce cost and turn times within global supply chain and improve customer success and call center operations. She launched her career with Staples, Inc in roles of growing responsibility in marketing and brand management. During her nine-year career at CVS Health, she was the Head of Health Services Strategy and Operations where she spearheaded many strategic enterprise initiatives including the company’s entry in flu shots, health insurance marketplace and health services and additionally she held various roles leading marketing, operations and transformative growth initiatives for the pharmacy and health services divisions. In November 2019, Diaz was named to the Prevent Blindness Board of Directors.
