She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where children and families feel heard, supported, and empowered. She values building trusting relationships and believes that lasting change begins with connection, understanding, and teamwork.
Her professional interests include trauma-informed care, child and adolescent mental health, child development, emotional regulation, family systems, crisis intervention, parent coaching, behavioral health, and social-emotional learning. She enjoys helping children build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and recognize their own resilience.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time with her pets, relaxing at the beach with a good book, and making the most of New England's beautiful outdoors. She believes that taking time to recharge helps her bring warmth, presence, and authenticity to the families she serves.
