Amy Pimentel

Amy joined the United Way in 2020, serving families through the New Bedford Strengthening Families AmeriCorps Program, which works to strengthen families with a focus on preventing child abuse and neglect.

She received a certificate in human services from Bristol Community College and speaks English and Spanish. She likes investing back into the Greater New Bedford region and serving the community and its families. Her interests include writing poetry and playing the violin.
